OUR TEAM ARE HUGE FOR US. WE'RE BIG BELEIVERS IN KEEPING OUR TEAM SMALL, CONNECTED & IN CONTROL.

We treat our team with the utmost respect. They are always the ones out in the inclement weather, battling the conditions for the betterment of our company. We prioritse giving back to them ensuring their development in this industry and inside the company is front and centre.

The lads are a great bunch of young, enthusiastic builders and share the same passion for the craft as we do. We trust our team to be face of our company when need be, they interact with our subbies, our clients and our suppliers. They engage with our projects, knowing timelines, developments and involve themselves in our day to day operation. We're extremely lucky to have the crew we do!

The big cheeses - Matt Vickers and Hayden Gamble

Lee is our longest standing team member and lead foreman. Starting with us as an apprentice, we have seen Lee develop into a skilled craftsman with a keen eye for detail.

Brooke came to us as a freshly qualified builder, having done his time on a range of projects including both commercial and high end residential. Since starting with us Brooke has earned himself a Jr foreman role. We are confident in his abilities and look forward to seeing him excel in this role.

Josh is currently doing his apprenticeship. He came to us with experience in brick laying and building but was yet to start his training. Josh has great potential to become a skilled, hard working builder. We love his attitude and the energy he brings to site every day
